  No later than 10 am on the day of departure.
  However, the common areas of the hostel are available to you during the day of departure, until 6pm.

HOUSE RULES

The stay at Ten To Go Hostel implies the acceptance by the guests of the following rules:
 1) Guests are committed to respect the following rules of coexistence:
 -Keep silence on the floors of the rooms between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am and in general, speak low in the rest of the establishment during that night time.
 -Keep a civic attitude and respect towards other guests inside the establishment and in the patio and pool. In case of conflict, guests are kindly requested to contact our reception staff to find the best solution
 2) Guests agree to respect the following cleaning rules:
 -Not uploading food and / or drinks to the apartments, bedrooms and bedrooms;
 -Clean kitchen and dishes after each use;
 -Use the showers and toilets properly, trying to leave the facilities in an optimal state for the next user;
 -Recovery the waste itself and throw it in the bins distributed by the establishment and the yard;
 -Use the ashtrays to leave the remains of cigarette butts and ash;
 3) Guests agree to respect the following rules of use and maintenance
 -Make good use of the facilities, furniture and equipment that are made available to guests (computers, kitchen, sunbeds, etc.). Any deterioration will be the responsibility of the deceased.

Guests are reminded to control their belongings. Ten To Go Hostel is exempt from any responsibility for loss or theft.

ADMISSION RIGHTS

Ten To Go Hostel reserves the exclusive right of admission and use of its facilities in general. If the Ten To Go Hostel team concludes that a guest has not complied with the rules set out above, and / or the terms and conditions of the establishment in general, they may proceed with their expulsion from the establishment.

MINORS

All reservations made must be contracted by adults over 18 years. All minor residents must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult over 18 years of age.

SPECIAL NEEDS

According to the law, Ten To Go Hostel is adapted to the free movement of wheelchairs, being able to accommodate disabled people, as well as to meet special needs.

RESERVATION POLICY

To make a reservation, you must provide identifying information, including names and surnames, contact e-mail, telephone number, information about your bank card (credit or debit card).
  The reservation will be confirmed once the first night’s stay has been charged as a deposit (taxes and fees included).

PAYMENT POLICY

For security reasons, only credit, debit and / or electronic card payments are accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation conditions may vary according to the type of fare booked. Cancellations of reservations operated from our website, or having been made directly with the reception team, must be made by contacting the reception of the hostel, always and exclusively by email. The hostel has a 24-hour cancellation policy: that is, the client has until 12:00 the day before arrival to cancel his reservation without expenses. In case of cancellation after the deadline, the hostel will proceed to collect the amount corresponding to the first night (taxes included) plus the expenses incurred in the use of a credit or debit card.

RESERVATIONS OF GROUPS

All group bookings will be made by full floor (26 occupants) or by full establishment (50 occupants) and must be made directly with the reception team via e-mail. The reservation will only be confirmed once a first pre-payment corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay has been made. Additionally, all group bookings must be paid in full 14 days before the arrival date of the first guest.

The cancellation conditions applied to these group reservations allow:
  -a cancellation with a penalty corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the reservation if it is indicated up to 30 days before the date of arrival of the first occupant;
  -a cancellation with a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation if it is indicated up to 14 days before the arrival date of the first occupant;
  -no changes or cancellations will be allowed during the last 14 days prior to the arrival date of the first guest, and therefore there will be no refund and Ten To Go Hostel will keep the charge corresponding to 100% of the stay.

CAUSE OF MAJOR FORCE

Ten To Go Hostel can not accept, nor our suppliers, any responsibility in case our services are interrupted or canceled due to force majeure. They are inscribed in case of “force majeure” all events and events unforeseen and beyond our control, and whose resolution is beyond the reach of the capabilities of Ten To Go Hostel, such as war or threat of war, social conflicts, strikes , attacks and threats of terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, etc.
